We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The Michael Berry Show store. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
